If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact our head office at 905-396-0556 During business hours and ask to speak with Managing Partner Sean Konnry. Northumberland Computer Services guarantees our services for 30 days. If there is a problem with the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost if the initial problem was not resolved according to the itemized and invoiced repairs that were provided. Northumberland Computer Services is not responsible for any data that is lost during any repair procedure.  Please back up all important files before having us service it or we can perform the backup for you.
